With over two decades of hands-on experience in Bali, I’ve built a trusted foundation in real estate and villa management, blending deep local knowledge with international standards of service and professionalism. As the founder of Wresni Real Estate & Villa Management, I lead a dedicated team offering comprehensive property solutions: from buying and selling land or villas to managing and maintaining them with excellence and integrity.
My professional journey began in the hospitality industry, where I gained valuable experience working in hotels, developing a strong foundation in guest service, operations, and attention to detail. I also had the opportunity to work in Hong Kong, which broadened my perspective and enhanced my ability to work across cultures with professionalism and adaptability, qualities that continue to shape my leadership today.
Having called Bali home for more than 20 years, I have developed a deep understanding of the island’s unique property landscape, legal frameworks, and cultural sensitivities. This enables me to guide clients confidently through every stage, whether acquiring freehold or leasehold assets, navigating due diligence, or coordinating with notaries and legal professionals.
